About these terms
Kora Nostra is a platform where football coaches and academies plan, draw and share their training sessions. It is operated by Hector Martinez, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using the platform you accept these terms. If your academy gave you access, the agreement between your academy and Kora Nostra also applies.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to have an account.
- Give your real name and an email address you can read.
- An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
- In an academy, the academy decides who has an account and what each account can open.
Levels and payment
- Coaches who work on their own choose a level. Levels are priced per team and per month.
- We send you the price and how to pay by email before any level is switched on. Nothing is charged automatically.
- You can ask us to stop your level at any time by writing to [email protected].
- Clubs and academies agree their price with us separately.
Follow-up and faults
Every level includes follow-up from us and a fault-fixing service: a fault you report to us is corrected in less than 24 hours. Planned improvements can interrupt the platform for a short time.
Your content
- The sessions and exercises you create are yours.
- You allow us to store them and to show them to you and, if you belong to an academy, to the accounts of that academy.
- You are responsible for what you save. Only save content you have the right to use.
- Do not put players' personal data in the text of what you save to the platform.
Our platform
The platform, its design and the Kora Nostra name and logo belong to Kora Nostra. You may use the platform for your work as a coach or for your academy. You may not copy it, resell it, take it apart, collect its content automatically, or get around the locks and permissions of an account.
Fair use
Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, do not try to enter accounts or academies that are not yours, and do not do anything that could damage the service for others.
Your responsibility as a coach
Kora Nostra is a planning tool. You decide which sessions are suitable and safe for your players, and you are responsible for how training is delivered.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the platform running and your work safe, but we cannot promise that it will never fail. Keep a PDF of the work that matters to you. As far as the law allows, Kora Nostra is not liable for indirect losses, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the problem.
Closing an account
You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or whose level has not been paid.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change we update this page and the date at the top. If the change is important, we tell you by email before it applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute goes to the courts of Dubai.
